It's good, for what it is. It does not exfoliate half as well as my old Clarisonic Mia Smart, which had rotating bristles that really cleared my skin. It also had an app, wherein I could set the duration and the intensity. Unfortunately, that product was discontinued, and mine finally died, so I'm trying the PMD.
This device mostly just vibrates, and I doubt that its little nubs do much of anything. After using it, I can still rub off areas of dead skin using just my fingers, so it's definitely not doing much. But I do think maybe I'm getting some toning benefits from the face-hammering? I hope so, because it's not a very pleasant feeling.
The lack of a timer and program settings feels like a regression, even though I spent about the same on this device as on my old scrubber. Cycling through buttons and keeping track of timing is mental energy I'd rather spend on something else.
The heat setting is nice, but I don't think it actually does much. All in, the PMD Clean Pro Silver is better than nothing, but nowhere near as useful as an exfoliating device with rotating scrubber.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the heated side of the tool. I use it on my face after applying my serum. The cleaning side does a good job also. The reason I gave it a four is because it is difficult to get in the crease around my nose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Clean Pro Silver. When first using products like the Clean Pro, it is not uncommon for your skin to purge the impurities that are deep in the pores. The technology on the Clean products bring these impurities to the surface of the skin (purging). Within continued use, the purging typically goes away within 3-4 weeks.

I like the Silver heated part

This is a nice product and I liked the heating of the silver plate on the back. The scrub part was okay, but the best part was the heated silver. I just wish the heat was a lot more.

It's ok. I like my jade tool better except that it cracked. I got the silver one hoping it would help my skin more and I have noticed a slight difference just in that the silver plate protrudes a bit more from the actual handle which doesn't necessarily feel as great but is easier to clean. We'll see what has a better result though. Better results are still yet to be seen.

The Clean Pro Jade and the Clean Pro Silver both the four vibration modes as well as the heat functions, but, as you mentioned, the natural stones can crack if they are dropped or fall over. Natural cracks are covered under warranty but a drop or a fall are not. Our team is happy to help you get the device you prefer at a generous discount.

I used the Clarisonic brush for over 10 years so when I first started using PMD it took about a week to get used to it and I was worried I wouldn't adjust. Now I like it even more than the Clarisonic brush! It's also a huge bonus not to have to replace brush heads every 3 months.
