Ordered online and received it promptly. Very easy to put together. Our set was missing the hardware for one stool and one of the holes in the bar top was stripped causing the glass top to not set properly. I emailed Aosom asking for new hardware, The emailed back, apologized and sent out a COMPLETE new set. I did not have to return the first set. How's that for customer service??!! We love the set and party on the patio often!!
