Cute little whimsical way to serve when entertaining. Can be used for room temperature items as well as hot dips, Great design features and attention to detail gives this cocotte a rich authentic feel, and is the perfect addition to the table.

I love this little ceramic tomato. I know it is functional bakeware/serviceware but I keep it out as part of my decor. It adds some bright wimsey to my apartment. I actually use it to store my plant food for my indoor plants. Just like all Staub products it is expertly maid with a lot of attention to detail. The shape of the Brandywine tomato with all the characteristic curves and folds are there along with the perfect little stem.

Really cool piece...fairly large and tough ceramic...oven safe well over 500 degrees. Cleans easily...get 4 or 6 to serve at table, you'll get reaction!
