Didn't arrive as advertised

I haven't had a lot of time to use this yet, as it came without the micro-usb cable promised on the box. I took pictures during the unboxing and it was nowhere to be found.
After eventually finding a cable and plugging it in, it seems to be charging fairly slowly, as it also wasn't pre-charged like the instructions claimed. The slow charging could be from using a random old cable though.
It looks nice, very sleek and lightweight for 10,000 mAh battery. I'm a big fan of the design and considered going back today to get a couple more and larger capacity ones, but I'm wary about what else might be missing.

Love it this thing charges multiple devices without needing to be recharged has foldable plugs and can be charged in the USBC
