The slats were uneven and not even the same size for the back of the chair. The holes did not line up, therefore we had to drill holes. There is a gouge out of the right arm. Once we (daughter and I) managed to get it together, it can not be opened completely to sit on. Useless. Order # 812750 and customer service ticket # 693721.

Too many parts to assemble! Most types of these chairs come with backs and seats already put together, this does not. Not worth it. I bought 4 and regret it

I would have given it a 5 star but there are so many errors in constructing this chair. I bought 2 of them and while the 2nd chair did take about 40 minutes, the 1st one took 2 hours. Another thing I thought the chairs would be shipped done. They do fold, don't they? Sure the box would have been bigger. But the work put into building the chair is the reason they are cheap. Your labor is the real cost.
Now for the errors...oh BTW you better have an electric screwdriver. Most of the holes are predrilled but most don't line up, guess the CNC operator doesn't adjust the machine every shift. The arm rest are put together in step 4, don't bother! My arm rest had no holes predrilled.
