Just like the 3 bears' fairy tale--just right!

If you are a person who has a drill, a bit of common sense, the ability to follow simple directions, the desire for a durable, comfortable , sensibly as well as cleverly engineered product, that is not gigantic, but rather wisely proportioned for all but an extraordinarily large person's frame, then this chair is for you. Lightweight, but sturdy, well marked, but not so large or dark that the numbers/letters show, once the quality cedar Adirondack chair is put together, these are exactly the chairs for us to complete a place to enjoy a sunset or check out the stars on our newly constructed cedar deck. Once I applied the same product to finish each chair that i'd applied to the deck, both the deck and the chairs became the color of warm honey, repelling the rain that arrived the next day. Perfect size for our small deck, they also fold up, as we don't have room to store them if they didn't fold. While we need not store them and could easily leave them on the deck, covered, for us, a life of little clutter is what we desire. With the slick engineering, we can easily fold them up, along with our foldable table we made, and store them all once the snows fly. To all of you who had a hand in their production and packaging, thanks so much for these inexpensive, very useful and beautiful, not too big or too small chairs. We love them.

Not worth it

Very difficult to assemble. Every single plank is by itself and you have to screw the entire thing together. Says it takes about 45 minutes and 1 person but it took 2 people and 2 hours. There was a hairline fracture in the wood when we got it and it broke immediately after assembly. Not worth the money.

you get what you pay for

problematic to assemble, cheap wood, don't feel sturdy when you sit on them, splintered when screwed tightly, stripped holes, needs sanding badly- you will get splinters if you sit on this...and the chair doesn't fall apart

Great Adirondack Chairs at a great price!

These are such great Adirondack chairs, and an even better price - I haven’t found any at this cost anywhere. I love that they fold - great for space saving, and they are super easy to put together - a little time consuming but worth it. The only thing I would recommend, is if you plan on staining or painting them, do it before assembly - will save you a lot of time (we used teak oil and they came out beautifully - my pictures I attached are before and after the teak oil was applied). Some of the predrilled holes don’t line up, but it’s fine - you can still drill through it easily. Definitely recommend!
