Easy to assemble. Quality hardware. This is an excellent chair regardless of the price. The Natural finish is ready for weather but still allowed us to stain our chairs forest green. The folding mechanism is simple, solid and ingenious- great for storage.

I love the idea of Adirondack chairs but I’ve held back on buying any because they are so difficult to store when not in use. These were the perfect solution. They look great, they store well, and they’re easy to put together. The only complaint I have is that there are not enough of them to buy more!

Split wood.....bad chair

As I was putting together the chair I noticed a little split wood, but I finished assembling it anyways, once complete, I sat down in it (I am a small person - 125lbs) and the wood completely split and the chair broke. I am so disappointed and would not ever recommend buying this chair.

Nice, but a lot of work

Nice chairs, but it took about an hour and half per chair to assemble. Then, because the wood isn’t treated, I painted and sealed them, which took another 2 hours per chair. Not sure if I should have painted before assembly, because then I wouldn’t have been able to see the part numbers??
After all that, a year later, the wood is starting to split. Next time I will probably just get the plastic ones from big box stores.

Not for Florida weather

Purchased 4 of these chairs. Not overly sturdy. After one year in the Florida weather, wood is weak and very, very britlle. 2 arms have broken off 2 off the chairs. Disappointed but you get what you pay for.
