Bad Labeling

We ordered 2 chairs, read reviews saying easy assembly. One of the chairs labels were practically nonexistent, while the other box was only legible enough to figure out, so we ended up being able to match it to the other box with lots of time and patience. We got them assembled and they are beautiful chairs. But beware of receiving a package with terrible labeling!!! Almost sent them back.

Acceptable, but not close to what I was expecting

I did a lot of research before buying these. I eventually decided to go with these at the lower cost. Building them was a LOT of work. Staining/ sealing them was a LOT more work. The chairs are small and wobbly. But after all of the work, they do the job they're intended to so I'll live with them, but i would not purchase again.

Overall I’m pleased with the product and think it’s well worth the price. For a novice DIY, it takes more than 45-minutes (and phone in a handy friend) to assemble. The holes don’t quite match up sometimes which caused a bit of an issue. Of the 4 chairs, we had 1 with cracks in a few pieces (which was nicely replaced), and 1 that didn’t fold up as well as the others due to alignment issues. Otherwise, they look nice and are pretty comfortable.

Beautiful chairs at a fraction of the cost!!!

These chairs are beautiful and easy to put together! The instructions and diagrams were clear and easy to follow. All the parts were clearly labeled. We were able to put one together in under 40 minutes! We bought two and are delighted with how comfortable they are. The best part is that they fold up for easy storage. We stained them to match our house and they sit outside under the tree in our front yard. They're a beautiful addition to our outdoor furniture at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend them!

For the most part a very good product. The pieces are accurately cut and marked. The instructions are excellent. The wood is 5/8 of an inch and in my opinion a bit soft. The company recommends retightening the screws and bolts regularly and I can see why. It will loosen up in time. However, the chairs are currently very solid and comfortable.

I love the fact that it is a folding chair. It is also very nice looking. The only issue I had was some of the holes either didn't line up or were missing altogether. The final product however is perfect!

These chairs were definitely a two-person job to assemble and some of the screw holes weren't there but once we got them together, they look great! They're solid and comfortable.
