Don't waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered from this company because they were cheaper. Should have known. Arrived basically as a box with boards and screws. Once my husband assembled the chairs, one cracked the first time he sat in it. Spend a little more and buy from a company whose products will last.

I purchased two, put one together and it broke immediately. I sent the other back. I would not recommend purchasing these chairs!

Just OK

Color was just as expected but I don’t expect them to last long. Pieces were not sized properly so putting them together was a bit of a pain. The finish is nit smooth as shown and not enough paint was used so the knots in the wood are already coming through the paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 4 chairs, two natural, 1 navy, gray, the two natural went together with no problem. But the Navy blue chair, seemed like it was built out of a very dry wood. Once we saw how dry the Navy blue chair was we did not try to put the Gray chair together. I sent an email but no one responded. We would like a refund, so we would like to send the chairs back but the blue chiar needs to be disassemble and boxed.

These chairs are very flimsy, the arm piece came off right away because of short screws and there's a huge splinter on one of the arms. Would not recommend

These chairs are straight up garbage (no joke) DO NOT BUY! We did not abuse these chairs. Chairs were not used by overweight individuals. They are beyond terrible. It also takes about 2 hours to build the chairs.

Customer Service was great in getting me replacements shipped quickly. The new chairs were much better, just a little difficult to put together. Nice chairs - glad I bought
