I saw good videos on the Omni X 2 in 1 16t so I decided to buy - Pros: I like the dark color, touch screen, pen and easy setup
Cons: I didn't realize how I dislike not having a full sized keyboard especially when using the calculator function - the keys are not spaced & each key feels exactly the same making it difficult for fingers to find 'F' & 'J' keys - the keyboard just feels cramped with plenty of wasted space surrounding - I wanted the older 15" layout but HP only provided the updated memory, storage, Bluetooth & monitor with this model - it's basically future proof but not what I was hoping Having to use one of the only two USB -C as a charging port seems ill thought out and cheap - plus constantly plugging and unplugging that port makes me think it will eventually fail or become loose - Lots of bloatware but that is to be expected from a new laptop
All in all I got what I bought but I would not get this model or non-full sized keyboard again
Great computer, but even though I read the specs, it sure seems heavier than anticipated. Maybe that's due to the flip capability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Support is Very Disappointing

To start with limited support options that don't include email is unacceptable. I bought the HP Care Pack but the support sites wont accept my serial number (even when the ID tool provides it). This is my first HP product and is very quickly turning out to be may last....
