2300 pro pressure washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased pressure washer & it worked well during the 1st use for cleaning driveway and concrete patio area. A nIce feature is that the motor turns off when not pressure washing. It is a bit bulkly for storage. Trying to assemble the unit was not hard but trying to get on the website for some of the small details as to where the parts fit, was annoying and not friendly and kept trying to sell me other greenworks products. The small parts that were in question, were interior attachment to help fit the electric cord supports to the unit and the spray support handle to the unit orientation. A small printed instruction sheet would have been less frustrating. Last thing that I was looking for on the website was "Do you need to drain the water pump over winter and when not in use?" The only info that I could find was "Store the unit indoors" Again this is not sufficient information for proper care. Main complaint is the water cord to the spray handle, is OK but still tangles up when trying to extend it.

Love the quick way to change nozzle.

After getting a free cheapy one that I couldn't find hose replacement for, I did some research and found a great sale on the Pro 2300 PSI. I like the fact that I can buy accessories and replacement parts. I also like the warranty. I've tested it on my patio and it's exactly what I needed!

A Winner! Right out of the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much contemplation I replaced my old washer with this Greenworks unit. So glad I did. Right out of the box this thing is great. Easy to assemble, needed only a phlillips screw driver and adjustable wrench. Up and running in no time. Worked as advertised. I use my pressure washers quite alot so time will tell how long this unit will serve me. As for now I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.

Almost Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only complaint I have so far is that after about an hour or so of near continuous use, I couldnt get the motor to spin back up and actually pressurize again until I disconnected from power, waited and/or tried the reset switch on the power cord. I was using the washer on a GFCI outlet at first but it never tripped. Not sure if this is user error or not as I switched to different outlet later and was goods for a while before the issue returned. If this is a limitation of the motor getting too hot, but for a "pro" version I would expect to be able to at least finish washing the outside of my house without having 3-4 smoke breaks for the washer itself.

The behavior you described can sometimes occur if the motor overheats after continuous operation. Ambient atmospheric temperature is a much bigger factor in unit overheating/running hot. Store the unit cold, keep in the shade when possible, during use. This will help maximize runtime before overheating in hot environments. We understand this is not ideal when you are trying to get a job done efficiently.
