Motor pump assembly water outlet

Purchase this unit 1600 because of use I would be doing purchased it in 2016 and used it twice went to use it and the the pump assembly water outlet broke ..I am waiting for a call back from the company to see what they will do...it sure looks like a designer problem molded right to the housing..I'll let you know after speaking with a tech or manager

Great Pressure Washer

I got the Green Works 2000PSI to replace a Gas Powered Unit I Had & not wanting the burdens of Starting a Gas Engine up it became just a task to start the engine. So being worrysome of how an electric Pressure Washer would work I got the unit home unboxed it & assembly was a breeze. I Tried the Washer out on my Vinal Fence in my backyard. I read the included manual on how to hook up the garden hose & gun to the unit & primed the unit free of Air Pockets like the manual states. I flipped ON the switch & WOW is all I have to say the Pressure Washer Cleans very well & is Very Quiet & the tips provided give many options on cleaning & the Unit itself has Very Little Kickback compare to a Gas Unit. I am 100% Happy with this unit & only Wished I had it before my Gas Unit. I am looking forward to using my Green Works 2000PSI Pressure Washer All Summer Long & will be able to get a lot of Projects Done with this Pressure Washer with EASE & Control. Thank You Green Works for an Excellent Product as this one I Recommend this Washer to anyone.

22 days ago I wrote a bad review of my pressure washer, I take it back. Upon further research, I read a about a gentleman who uses it to wash cars and learned he had same problem. The fix was so very easy, remove the top plastic from the motor and reset the on off switch which tends to dislodge. Did it, works great. I apologize to Greenworks for the poor review, I had no idea about the switch. Now it is running well again and I am doing all of my washing task in it's 3rd year and appreciate the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice unit

Bought this last year at Lowe's and have used quite a bit. I did not like hose that came with the unit. I purchased a 50ft tangle free hose from Amazon and works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans well if it would stay on

This is the second Greenworks product I have bought; 2000 PSI model and now 2200 PSI. The trip circuit on the 2000 PSI unit burned out after 3 years; this 2200 PSI unit trips after 20-30 seconds of use. It cleans great while on, but trips and then I have to wait for it to cool down about 30 seconds. Using standard house outlet 120V on 20A circuit. I don't want to use a gas unit ....so will reach out to customer service for suggestions.

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you are experiencing with this Greenworks 2200 PSI pressure washer. If you are having troubles starting your electric pressure washer, there are a few things we suggest you should check.
We not recommend the use of an extension cord. They can shorten the life of your machine. If you must use one, it must be 12 gauge wire if over 25 feet in length. Using any length of 16, 18 or lighter gauge extension cord will not supply enough power to your pressure washer and the motor will not start or run properly. This could also cause the fuse to blow or the circuit breaker to trip.
If the machine isn't making any noise at all, the first place to look is the electrical cord. Make sure that the pressure washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, has a tight connection and that your outlet can provide adequate grounded power to operate your pressure washer.
Hopefully you'll have a chance to contact Greenworks for assistance. We have representatives available who can help with whatever issues you may be having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now owned 3 different power washers of this small convenient size, and this is my favorite of all of them.
PROS:
The large wheels make it easy to move around.
The high-pressure hose is easy to connect to the machine. This model stores the hose on a velcro strap from the handle – I think this makes it easier to store.
All the tips do their variety of jobs well, and are easy to change. The turbo tip is really quite powerful, enough so you need to be pretty careful about spraying it on skin.
The 2000 PSI pressure definitely gets the job done. It cleaned off my concrete pool deck thoroughly. Any higher and the pressure would feel a little dangerous for regular house work.

The electric cord storage is a mess. The cord can't be wound tightly, so it is a little sloppy. It is plenty long though, and is at least included with the washer, instead of just a plug off the handle.

soap dispenser

Purchased 2 weeks ago - unit okay if using just water - to use soap you have to keep changing from soap bottle to wand in order to rinse. Which involves shutting everything off - power, water - very time consuming. Purchased the power washer to clean mold & dirt off my house.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the soap tank configuration. This GreenWorks 1600 PSI pressure washer can also be used with a 75º black soap tip. The 1/4 inch quick connect tip is a low pressure detergent nozzle. You can use this when applying your preferred detergent for your cleaning projects.
