Worked great a handful of times. Helped a buddy pressure wash around his house. After using for about an hour the circuit breaker kept breaking. It did this about 10 times in the next 15 min. About 3 mo later I went to take it out and use it and the unit is no longer recieving power and the circuit breaker won5 reset. After looking at it only thing I can come up with is the power cable has a short somewhere. Looking around and other people are having similar issues. A good company should notice a trend and do what ever they can to replace the power cable and offer replacement parts. Can the power cable even be replaced by the consumer, and if so why is that power cable not in your parts search on your website?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The metal that they use to make some of the most important components are junk. Have replaced it twice in two years. These products are good for a month or two of light work and that't it

Gets The Job Done but Needs some Issues Fixed

I've had this unit for about 6 months in my detail shop. I use a foam cannon with most of my jobs so a GPM rating of at least 2.0 GPM is a must. The machine has worked well and is still working but I would like to see GreenWorks make some changes to the design. First off, the motor or GFI plug or maybe a combination of the two is very finicky. Sometimes the GFI plug will trip over and over again. My shop has all 20A circuits and I think Greenworks could do a better job with this so it will run on 20A. The pump pulls the most load when you are requiring a larger GPM such with a foam cannon. The second thing is regarding the way the machine starts up. It has a solid 5-8 second delay upon pulling the trigger and the unit coming up to full power. This I absolutely hate! It is super annoying and I don't see why its needed. I would like to see Greenworks come out with a more fine tuned version. If not I will be investing in a Comet or Kranzle unit for my shop.

This pressure washer is equipped with an Auto Start/Stop feature. To operate: Turn the power switch to the ON position. Pump will pressurize and shut down immediately. Once the trigger of the gun is depressed the unit will turn on. Unit will shut off and be in standby mode when trigger is released.

Efficient

I am a general contractor and I bought this as a test since I had a gas powered unit already. The surge protector has failed and my unit went from working perfectly to not powering up at all. Is there any help for a very satisfied customer. Looking to delete this review and go for 5 stars if I can repair my unit..

Life is limited

I bought this 6 months ago and used it sucessfully 1 time on my deck. Since then I have tried to use it for various jobs and the inline GFCI CONTINUALLY trips. It was once every 20 minutes or so but has gotten worse. today it is less than 1 minute between every trip. Garbage...don't waste your money

Design Flaw with weak GFI trips all the time

Same issue as others. It keeps tripping the GFI. The excuse about the high draw is getting old. After so many people have the same problem why cant you admit that the machine trips to easy. Provide a replacement cord with a stronger GFI.

Will never buy again!!

Will never buy a Greenworks product again. Only used this pressure washer 4 or 5 times before it stopped working properly. When I went to use it I and pull the trigger I would get approximately 3-4 seconds of water then it would stop pumping water. A few second later it would kick back on and I would get another 3-4 second or water before it shut off again. I checked the filter, checked the circuit breakers, used different outlet, changed how high the garden hose was on and both thing worked to fix it.

If the pressure washer pulsates and the water stream is intermittent turn the pressure washer off and continue to bleed air out of the system. Ensure to check that the garden hose is fully turned on and not kinked.

this is more trouble than it's worth!

I've used this less than 5 times. The turbo nozzle won't work correctly. The machine constantly is attempting to decide which pressure it needs to use. In the meantime nothing gets done. The trigger wont re-engage after release. There is plenty of water pressure and no problems with household electrical. Save you money on this product as it has too many flaws.
