Love this pressure washer. It works great and has all the power I want or need. Cleaned the garage, the driveway and the sidewalk in no time and zero hassle. I'm gonna test it out on the house and deck tomorrow. For the $'s I don't think you can do better.

Who doesn't like washing away dirt and debris? I got this for Christmas and thought it was like getting a water heater for Christmas... . but I was wrong, this little gem is a blast (pun intended) to use. Plenty of power and so convenient. Even my 12 year old son got in the act! I might owe Greenworks a little more if it means I don't have to do the spring clean up chores!

Bought this unit last year and have used it several times. I pulled it out this year with a little trepidation based on previous reviews. I've now used it four time this year without issue. One of the best things is the portability. We have a deck that doesn't have access except from the house, so I have to carry the unit through the living room; this unit is so light I don't even have to set the wheels down and roll it on the carpet. The 1800 PSI cleans the patio furniture and deck wonderfully. I use it to spray out the garage of all the winter road grime the cars drag in. I clean the siding and the cars with this unit. This winter I stored it in my unheated shop so I did pump some RV antifreeze in it for storage, I've found with all my sprayers and 'water' equipment it's better to store them with antifreeze (RV so it's safe) for the winter to keep the parts and pumps lubricated in storage. As with any pressure washer air in the line can cause issues, so no equipment is immune from troubleshooting, but this unit has caused me little issue and makes most my chores much easier than dragging out the old gas and oil one. I would definitely purchase again should I need another one.

One my second Pressure Washer. My first one was 1500 psi and I upgraded to a 2000 psi. Had my first washer for five years and it still works.

Worked great for about 1 hour

I got this pressure washer after doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews. It worked like a dream for about the first hour. Then it broke and snapped at the end of the wand while I had the pressure going. It was kind of scary. I'm not sure if I just had a defective unit or if this is a common issue but it is certainly worth paying attention to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this last year used it 3 times put it up got it back out today to pressure wash deck it would not start. The cord keeps tripping the plug or something Ive pushed the reset button and nothing so your right you get what you pay for. I went online to see if i could troubleshoot it and nothing talked about the problem I'm having with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Sometimes, when the unit will not turn on, it starts pulsating or turning off during use most of the time it is due to air that is stuck in the pump from the customer's previous use. This can be fixed by assembling the unit as per usual, no extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, reinstall your nozzle and continue squeezing the trigger then turn on the unit with your opposite hand. At this point, any trapped air should be eliminated – thus allowing the unit to run freely. *Please try all nozzles and note any differences in performance.
