Works great, when the hose does stop

Purcahsed this about 2 youears ago. We love how light weight this is, and operates super easily. The pressure is amazing. We have needed to replace the hose 3 times due to it randomly not allowing water flow anymore. Check the hose all the time and there is no kink or blockage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this pressure washer on 5/1/2020 and haven't been able to stop using it...I love it! I am a full time social worker, mom of 2 small kids while hubby works out of town-so I wanted something that I can hook up and use by myself...I don't know how nor was I interested in having to deal with all the maintenance of a gas pressure washer. I can plug it up and go. Installing the hose is bothersome--it's difficult to thread the hose into the machine where it doesn't leak and I did have to have my husband come loosen it up for me when I was done--so I am not sure if that will be a problem in the future. I love this machine and my house looks amazing. I love it so much that I took it to my parents house and we are washing around their house. My only complaint is the blue hose kinks up at times and that is a hassle trying to straighten it out. Otherwise, I am very happy with the machine.

Problems on 2nd use

1st time using the soap function, the tube from soap tank to the washer leaked so bad , I could not use this feature. The soap mix leaks out because there is no type clamp on either end of the tube to tighten the tube onto the connections. This seems a poor design or poor quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your recent pressure washer purchase. This issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump, clogged nozzles or no nozzle being installed. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it its running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure a nozzle is connected. 4) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. worked good and then hose connector broke

Worked good for the first summer and pulled it out a few weeks ago for spring cleaning and the hose connector pin and the metal surrounding it have broken causing it to leak water everywhere. Looked for a part to fix it but can only find a full replacement motor and not even sure if it is the right model or size for this model. Overall very disappointed regarding the quality of this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good washer but parts hard to find

I bought three of these several months ago and I’m glad I did… However Green works could do something about customer service and parts availability. I had to search online and finally found what I needed but the price was high. Come on Greenworks...Little items like an on/off knob, made out of plastic, should be available since it’s so easy to lose off the unit. Thank you

This unit is a Greenworks Pro unit. Maybe they are better built then the regular line. Design details include bushings for bolts in the handle, which means durability. Minimal assembly is involved. The unit is very smart about turning on and off. Best of all, there is fuel smell while working. Car wash was a pleasure with the 40-degree tip. The Turbo tip made light work of a walkway and moss on retaining walls.

I have used Simpson gas pressure washers before and cannot tell much of a difference between this one and that one, atleast for my purposes as a homeowner. This thing blasts away durt on patio and retaining walls with ease and I am currently using it to strip paint off the cinderblock in my garage so that I can repaint with drylock and it works great for that. Very powerful! No maintenance with gas, oil, and filters. Great buy!
