I bought this pressure washer on a recommendation and am so glad I did. It’s easy to use and works well. I cleaned a wooden ramp, vinyl fence, painted shingles, brick steps. Excellent value for the money.

I have owned so many gas powered 3000+ psi washers and struggled with all the problems. Electric is the way to go! Love this thing. Don't be fooled by dumb reviews where people say no power. USE THE CORRECT TIP! It will remove paint so be careful! Only complaint if the build in circuit breaker. Good idea, dumb design.

Replaced my old gas pressure washer with this one to the annual cleaning of our pool area. Worked very well, my only complaint is the ‘turbo’ attachment. When it worked, it made quick work of some nasty spots on the concrete, but then it just stopped working and sent a single angled blast of water. Definitely for light homeowner use, but overall I’m satisfied so far. Worked nearly continually for almost 5 hours.

It does exactly what I need it to, i.e. clean my pool deck. I have just one problem. The hose and power cord are not long enough.

Nice machine but !

I bought this unit 7 years ago the unit works real nice! But the weakness is the pressure hose is prone to kinking.Not sure if it's the material the hose is made of or if it is because the hose is put on a small real or if it's a combination of both. I called to get a replacement hose and was told that they no longer carry one that would work. I tried to repair the hose but was unable to do so. I had to throw the machine in the trash just because of the hose. I ended up buying a Crafts man for about the same price as this machine and it has a nicer hose and is replaceable.

Plug not working**

I had an issue with the test plug not working after a year or so, it just hummed when I plugged it in, I checked breakers and all that. Simple fix was to go to home improvement store and buy a 115 v regular 2 pronged plug, switched it out and it works good now

Poor quality parts

Purchased unit spring of 2018. Worked great until this spring. Housing on output side of pump is broken. Many other reviews on here of the exact same problem. This is my second washer from this company and will be my last. I guess it only has a 1 yr warranty for a reason. PS: I do not agree with your terms and conditions on this review site but I have to say I do to be able to post this!
