It appears to be the on/off switch but so irritating to have used this only 3x and it doesn't work!!!

This thing is great. I wanted electric with power and this unit has it. Excellent easy to setup and use. It was powerful enough for some tough stains on pavers, cement, pvc fence and my blacktop. Waiting to wash my car, as soon as I can figure out what’s wrong with my soap dispenser but love it buy it Great price for what you get
I would recommend this to a friend!

A lot to pay for 3 uses

Tried it on concrete patio, overheated I guess after about 15 minutes. Let it sit for 30 minutes, ran water through it to cool it. Started up and ran another minutes and quit. Now after an hour it just hums, wont turn on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing with your Pressure Washer.
If you are having troubles starting your electric power washer, there are a few things you should check.
1. 1. Air in the water line or hose creating an unstable flow which creates the chugging and intermittent use. To fix this bleed the air out of the garden hose prior to attaching to pressure washer to the hose, and once it is attached bleed out the pressure washer while the tip is removed from the wand. Depending on hose length and diameter this could take 60 to 120 seconds
2. If you are using an extension cord, then use a 25' 12 gauge. If you really need to push it then a 50' 12 or 10 gauge but if you notice any loss in performance, stop using the cord immediately. We recommend nothing longer than 50'.
2. Could be an intermittent power issue as well either from the power source or a motor related issue contacting us directly at 888-909-6757 or on info@greenworkstools.com.

didn't expect this pressure washer to perform like it does. No hiccups, easy setup, bush a button and you're ready to go!!!! The turbo nozzle is great for decks and siding, super strong! Never slows down even after hours of continuous use!! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great alternative to gas power.

Good buy but needs improvement

I bought this pressure washer less than 2 years ago and used it 7-8 times to clean my driveway and backyard pavers. I liked it as it is practical and does the job. However, on my latest attempt a few days ago, the hose popped up a leak forcing me to stop work in the middle of my project. I believe the hose needs to be better quality as I have found a lot of online references indicating it to be a common issue faced by other customers. A related issue I have is trying to find the part as the user manual part # is not easily searchable online. There needs to be a simple way to know what hose part I need to order based on the pressure washer model.

Powerful small work horse!

My parents gave this pressure washer to me for my Birthday! It's been awesome. I live at the beach so I constantly need to wash my deck and house including the siding windows and shutters. This small powerful machine has been perfect for two years! Just remember to drain all the water before winter!

Disappointed...

Bought this unit one year ago, used it to clean of my deck and siding on house. Put away for winter, went to use it this year, and found that were the discharge from the pump is the connection that the pin goes through is broke.

Wand Gushing Water!!!

I bought this in January 2020 and have used it about 15 times. Yesterday the wand started spewing water out of the frame of the wand. I have tried calling but can’t seem to get anyone on the line. I’ve sent an email, hopefully someone will contact me back.
