will not reset, no power

yet another owner with a 1600 that will not reset. used it a few times now nothing. the main problem here is MADE IN CHINA.

Hello fluff,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. This issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump, clogged nozzles or no nozzle being installed. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure a nozzle is connected. 4) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 5) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. I bought this about a month ago and it is everything it claims to be. I've washed everything on my property from the car to the house itself and haven't had any issues. I was using a 3400 psi gas washer before and this unit performed just as good if not better. Highly recommend

Look no further for the best power washer ever!!

This is by far the best power washer ever. This specific pressure washer is perfect for multi functions. I use this washer for my detailing business, it is powerful enough to wash cars but not too powerful that it'll ruin the paint. But not weak where it cannot do other stuff. I can also clean my driveway like a breeze. It is also perfect for the siting on the side of the house, bricks, fences, I have cleaned carpets as well. This truly is multipurpose tool.

Don't buy this product.

This product lasted less than a year until the very brittle metal lower end, where the water hose connects to the pump broke. This broke with simple normal use. No way to buy parts and good luck trying to talk to anyone to help you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice little pressure washer

I purchased this pressure washer about 2 weeks ago and it has worked great so far. I put it together fairly quickly the first night after i purchased it with no problems. I got a little bit of the driveway washed that night before it got too dark. Last weekend I finished the driveway and did the sidewalks. It did such a good job I kept going after reaching my property line and did the neighbor's sidewalk as well (with permission of course!). That night I also washed our van. I think I gave it a pretty good workout for one day and it passed with flying colors.
The pressure washer has plenty of pressure for the types of cleaning I do around the house. I probably won't get around to power washing the house until next spring which should be a better test.
All in all I would recommend this pressure washer to someone looking for powerful, electric washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
