A Bit Disappointed

I bought this pressure washer just under 12 months ago and today as I am washing my wife's car the hose connecting to the machine and sprayer ruptured and it's useless now. I recommended this product to by father-in-law just a couple months ago and now I'm ashamed to tell him what happened. Otherwise, I absolutely loved this product. Now I have to see if they will replace it at no cost.

Great pressure washer and also great company

I purchased this washer in the Spring and it works great for washing my ATVs after muddy trips. Turned a 4 hour job down into a 20 minute job. Props the the Company for being understanding that we as humans do make mistakes. Where I live, the weather decided to introduce winter early and I made the mistake of trying to use the washer after a night of getting frozen. Broke the washer and explained to the manufacturer what happened. They granted a warranty and went to the store the same day to get a new one. Will now store in the garage well before the deep freeze each year, but other than my mistake, great product and very customer friendly company. Great machine for a great price.

I bought this one because I borrowed an old one from my handyman. It worked great! Just using it for home use: washing the car, the house, and the driveway. It's easy to hook up and the cords and the hoses are long enough that I don't have to move it around all the time. For the price-point, I wish I had gotten one a few years ago!

Greenworks Electric Pressure Washer

I purchased the Greenwood Electric Pressure Washer in the Spring of 2020. There was only a minimal amount of assembly required. The pressure washer has worked flawlessly all Summer. I also purchased the deck scrubber attachment. This work well and cleaning the deck easily. I strongly recommend this pressure washer. It is reliable unlike the other name brand pressure washer that I own.

Might be a good replacement for your gas pressure washer

My previous pressure washer was gas, 2700psi. I was hoping the performance of this would be comparable to that, and was not disappointed. For washing cars, you don't need high pressure so its nice that it comes with an assortment of wand tips. The turbo nozzle is great for washing dirty pavement and composite decking with engrained dirt. My pressure washer came with some damage, despite the box being intact. Customer service quickly resolved the issue.

Great purchase, replaced my 10+ year old gas power washer and does everything it did. Used it with the 15" green works surface cleaner and two of the neighbors stopped and asked about it. Looking forward to many great years of use. My greenworks pro 2300 is awesome!
