Easy to use and save

I bought it in October for my birthday but not did not use it until a week ago in Deember
thinking that it was going to be a pain to use and that it would no have any pressure.( i was thinking I would have to probably retuned it) but i was surprise of how easy to use it was and how muck pressure it has. I clean have of my patio las week and can't way to do the other half next week. Love it

So much possibilities, so little execution

First off, great pressure, nozzles great, 2,700 worth the extra money. Cool concept.
I've owned this pressure washer three months now and have had issue after issue, most of them revolve around a vapor lock of sorts in the machine. When oxygen gets into the line (which happens all the time because of the soap box being empty most of the time) the machine develops a vapor lock where, when pulling the trigger on the gun, the machine immediately shuts off. However, you can bypass this by having the trigger pulled while turning the machine on just don't let go over the trigger unless you mean too.
Customer service, 9-5 M-F hours customer service. Excellent call support quality, however, don't expect help on weekends, and make sure you're home during weekdays if you want help from Greenworks.
So I'm both happy with the machine's output, but frustrated with a built in design flaw, and annoyed by limited support hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

MORE THAN EXPECTED

We bought this 1700-PSI 13 AMP 1.2-GPM ELECTRIC PRESSURE WASHER this fall to clean our deck and equipment...we were so surprised with the Power..cord length..and ease of handling...we washed our driveway, sidewalks and outside windows...

Works effectively for washing cars with a foam cannon that requires “min 2000 PSI and 2 GPM.” Uses a lot less water than washing with a harden hose. Should come with a longer PW-to-handle hose; a real foam cannon; and a handle with a quick connect on both ends. Still a pretty good value as it is but I can’t imagine anyone would not be a lot happier with a practically useful hose length that would not require moving the unit to reach both sides of a small car. What could ten more feet of plastic hose really cost?!
