Great Buy!

I just bought this a few weeks ago and have cleaned my son in laws house, my truck, my house and it was easy and fun. I have enjoyed this pressure washer so far look forward to many more years of enjoyment.

Just made a pop sound now it leaks

Turned it on all was good started using it as always then there was a pop sound and water was spraying out of the motor gasket seams. Shame because it’s barely used

I recently purchased the 3000 psi and it performs as promised. I like the quietness of the electric motor over gas powered and it holds psi quite well with minor fluctuations. The only negative I have is the water volume. It’s the compromise you pay when converting to electric but this is where I think innovation needs to be focused. They’ve matched high end residential model pressure, now they’ve got to find a way to match or come close to volume. It’s noticeable. I still love the machine though and when they solve the water volume challenge I’ll buy another one.

I needed a pressure washer to clean my car and this fits the bill , the only drawback was the soap dispenser i thought it was a foam cannon . The pressure washer has enough pressure to clean without damage to you vehicle but not as much as a car wash . The hose is short and you find youself moving it around a lot to get to all sides of your vehicle. I would suggest to use a flexible hose to the pressure washer to prevent braking the hose inlet off.

Very bad quality

I bought this a month ago and it is falling apart a little more every time I use it. The handle leaks terrible to where I can’t even use it anymore. Made very cheap

1. Disconnect the wand from the gun
2. Remove the O-ring washer,
3. Place Vaseline on it then reseat it.

I purchased my greenworks 1700 psi 13 Amp 1.2 GPM electric pressure washer specifically to work with a Clog Hog drain cleaner. The greenworks web site was easy to navigate and provided clear information on the products. The product was delivered quickly, well packaged, and in outstanding condition. Set up was minimal and easy. The unit worked very well and was very quiet. It was extremely helpful to have this small, portable unit inside while clearing clogged drain lines. The first line took about 2 hours to clear and having the control right next to the entry point to the line saved time and avoided quite a bit of mess.

Save yourself the frustration

Bought this a year ago, used it three times, and now the device will not turn on. I followed every single troubleshooting procedure with no luck. Anytime the device is plugged in the GFI trips and the unit will not work. Like I said, I followed every possible solution with no success. When I finally call in to their number for help, I spend 55 minutes on hold while starting at number 14 in line and finally hung up after I was still 14th in line. After almost an hour. Also tried to email the info email address for help and it has now been 9 days with no response.
Save. Yourself. The. Trouble. Find a different unit and company to purchase from.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
