So far so good. Seems to keep up with the newer 3000 that is rarely available. Actually a smidge higher gpm rating.

First Pressure and We Like It

This is the first pressure washer I've used and was very impressed. Great pressure and excellent results cleaning mowers, tractor, all equipment we use. Easy setup, you do need to follow directions and do tasks in order. There was an O-Ring out of place on the wand, but very easy to re-position.
Pleased with the long power cord. Elastic hose holder is a great idea. Surprising small (compact) being able to stand upright stores any where.
I would suggest additional storage for after market nozzles and soap.
Again, having never used one, I am very impressed with pressure, ease of use and the over all quality.

Best Pressure Washer Ever!

This pressure washer is hands down the easiest to use & most effective pressure washer I have ever used! We just moved into a new house and were able to get our deck, concrete stairs, brick patio & sunroom looking brand new! The pressure is so easy to change, and the fact that it is electric means you don't have to worry about running out of gas which is amazing. I also loved using the soap feature for the windows in our sunroom to get an extra clean! It is not too heavy and has wheels that make it easy to move from place to place, as well as a very generous electrical cord! It makes SUCH a difference in such a short amount of time and I couldn't be happier with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy with the turbo nozzle

The washer works well. But the turbo nozzle not so well. Can't tell if it gets clogged or just a poor design. I tried the little pin to clean it out but no improvement. Greenworks support wants me to clean it in warm water and vinegar. That seems like a lot of maintenance for this tool.

To clean the nozzle, try soaking the nozzle in a warm solution of 1 part vinegar, 3 parts water, for 30 minutes. If the issue persists and you are within the warranty period please give call once more at 888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) and we will be happy to send a replacement under warranty. Please just make sure that when you're calling, you have your serial number and date of purchase with you.
