Performs as advertised. My patio and brick retaining wall are free of grim and moss. Much quieter than I expected. And it’s so nice not having to fool with gas and oil...just plug it in, connect the hose, and start pressure washing.

I believe that accessory’s like water pressure in and water pressure output would be somethings, which help any customers. One of the things that could be offered to the pressure washer would be an in-line filter they could be attached and recommended by Greenworks. This unit has performed very good for my intended use. Thank you Greenworks. Excellent product for how compact it is.

I got the 2000 PSI a couple weeks ago, the assembly took less than 5 minutes, yesterday I fired it up and it works beautifully, so easy to use. And, believe it or not, it is actually fun to operate, ha!! Today my neighbor borrowed it and said the same thing.

Less pressure than my hose.

I bought this thinking there would be some kind of pressure. When I turned it on, it flowed out less than what my hose did. There is a hook up at the end of the wand, pretty sure you have to buy attachments. I'm fine with that for the price, but let me know ahead of time! And I've went to the site, can't figure out how to get attachments for the model I bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. Without a nozzle installed, our units do not produce pressure. If looking at the front of the machine, the nozzles are stored on the right side of the unit. We hope this helps!

I bought this to supplement/replace my gas power washer. Initially I wondered if it was powerful enough and with the flat spray nozzle it is not as good as the gas washer but the turbo nozzle is great and works as well as the gas washer at 2400 psi. This unit is more portable and easy to use.
The other thing is it is easy to store.
The soap applicator is also great and better than my old one.

I purchased the 2700psi Green Works power washer in April, 2021 and the upper handle came damaged. I opened a ticket and am now being ignored for over a week and am stuck here with no resolution. My ticket # is 428682. Please resolve this ASAP, ignoring your damaged product is not a solution. It won’t magically disappear. Please do the right thing and stop wasting my time.
