My washer stopped running in the middle of my job

Not sure what happened. I was cleaning my patio and the washer just stopped. I thought it had overheated so I waited about an hour....but it does not come on anymore.....

Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try!
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line /
Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

Poor quality and support

Bought the unit in fall of 2020. Used a few times then the water outlet broke on motor. Contacted company by E-mail. I have not been contacted as of May 2021. I can not find replacement parts or support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second year-running great

I bought this power washer last spring, 2020. Because of reading all the reviews, I was careful to drain it and store it properly over the winter. This spring 2021 it started right up and is running great. Wouldn't want to go thru a summer without it. Does all jobs I put it up to with good results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Outstanding Unit

Everything is arranged and retained on the unit for use and storage. The pressure hose is truly kink-free which is a real blessing in not having to "fight it" to get to where you want to work, and it stores compactly on the unit retained by an elastic cord that keeps it there nice and neat. The hose, nozzles and power cord are all on-board and ready for upright storage or use. The roto-nozzle is magic - so effortless to cover area quickly and evenly, and the range of the other nozzles gives good coverage and results for their respective applications. This 3000psi unit gets the job done and then some. I have done my concrete driveway, deck, front porch, truck, and the north side of the house (the worst) and am totally satisfied. AND, its so quiet compared to a gas engine unit which some of my neighbors use. Kudos to Greenworks.

Great looking

I bought this a year ago used it once and after a year try to use it again the pump instead of pumping soap out off the soap container it was filling out of water now I have to plug it in so I can have a pressure now the soap container is useless dont know where to get parts for new pump. Not happy

I used it for cleaning the cars and the boats with a foam cannon. It would sometimes work and sometimes not. Sometimes it would constantly get air in the line even after checking all connections. Then finally today the unit just quit working. It worked just fine 1 week ago and now it stopped. The value seems nice but i would spend more for less portability next time
