Compared to old 20th century gas powered units, this Greenworks Electric Pressure washer is SO quiet. No need for hearing protection which is nice not only for you, but for you neighbors!
I chose this unit knowing that there are more powerful units but believing that this would clear the grunge from our patio, cement steps and sidewalk. It did the job very well. Yes, a 3000 psi unit would do it faster, but this one did the job very nicely. Easy to set up, to use, and put away.
The wand holder isn't that great, but basically does the job. I think they could definitely improve this in future models as it's not that secure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolute TRASH and a WASTE OF MONEY!!!

If this could get a 0 stars rating, it would. Used twice, first time it shut off and would not turn back on. A few weeks later used for a short period of time effectively. Third time, doesn’t turn on. Attempted the troubleshoot techniques listed, water pressure, no kinks in hose, plugged in to the same outlet it worked on prior, bled the line, and still nothing. 45 minutes later, still on hold waiting for a representative and only have moved up the line by 10 spots…. Not only would I not recommend, I will tell anyone I see looking to purchase the item about my poor experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It sounds like have tried some of the troubleshooting tips however, I'd like to offer some additional troubleshooting tips in the hopes it remedy's the problems are you are experiencing.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

The Pro 2300-PSI Pressure Washer has proved to be an awesome buy! We unfortunately had to use this after our backyard shed was flooded twiceI. This powerful machine sprayed the nasty mud and residue off the shed walls, floor and equipment, tools and other possessions we had stored in the shed. It is so easy to start, maneuver, and provides plenty of cord. I'm so glad I got this!!
