If I could give zero stars I would

My hose produces more power than this machine. Could not box it up and take it back fast enough

Great water pressure

Good buy for the money. Easy to operate. Delivers great water pressure for me even though I'm have a personal well and not on a municipal system. The electric cord is long enough for my needs and the hose for the spray wand is long as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a 2000 psi pressure washer , put it together and it ran for 5 mins. then shut off , I tried again it will run for 5 secs. then shut off for 5 secs. and will not stay running .

Hello there,
Thank you for your review. This issue is often caused by one of two issues. I'll provide troubleshooting below for each.
First and foremost, always purge the line prior to use. Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
After doing that, please try ALL nozzles. This issue may be caused by a faulty tip!

Great pressure washer

I needed a easy to use but sufficiently powerful washer for our wood fence. This washer met that need. Quick to assemble and hook up. It rolls easily over the yard, rocks and even s small retaining wall. Plenty of pressure. Good purchase

This is the first pressure washer I have ever owned.and I used it to remove 30 years of accumulated crud from my patio. It worked like a charm. I also used it to blast off dirt from my stucco. Again ti worked like a charm. Next task is to clean my wooden fence.
