Electric is the Way to Go

I have had terrible experiences with 2 and 4 cycles engines so this electric pressure washer seemed to be the most viable alternative. It performs well and met my expectations. The instructions are not comprehensive and leaves some guess work regarding assembly. With regard to assembly, the panel that mounts to the hand rail did not match the screw holes in the handle. Two of the mounting holes are elongated but not nearly enough. I had to use my drill to make it fit correctly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

replacement hose

machine is great but I need a replacement hose due to a kink which now is a hole and I just found out no replacements available, not good.

Thank you for your feedback. This model is compatible with the hose in the following link: https://www.greenworkstools.com/25ft-high-pressure-hose-5200402. This hose is compatible with all of our pressure washer models up to 2000PSI that have a double-ended threaded connection (both sides of the hose have the same fitting). If one side of your hose is different than the other, this hose will not be compatible. If this is the case, please contact us for further information at 1-888-909-6757 or by email at info@greenworkstools.com.

Does a Nice Job for What I Need it For!

After using this Greenworks 2000 PSI Power washer during several uses over the past 1 1/2 - 2 months, I find I made a good choice for what I needed this tool to do.
The machine provides enough pressure to quickly clean my car as well as clean off algae, general staining and dirt from the deck, garage door/house siding.
Easy to assemble out of the box and super simple to use for those cleaning projects around the house. Very satisfied with my purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this to be able to pressure wash my deck and it's actually more powerful than I expected it to be. it's going to be a great tool for cleaning my windows the cars very versatile and I'm very glad I bought it.

The Greenworks 2300 pressure washer is very sturdy and has lived up to its description so far. Adding the 12 inch surface cleaner really shortened the time to clear my wooden deck.

I called customer & after waiting on hold for 2 hrs the lady that I was talking to was very rude & hung up on me without helping to trouble shoot
I will never ever buy green works products again

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases!
Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
