My wife and I have absolutely loved using this pressure washer. It was more than powerful enough with the turbo head to clean the dirt off of our patio pavers. The fact that it can be started with the push of a single button has drastically changed the mental overhead of getting it out to clean something off.

Bought this washer to assist in decrudding 40 years of wear and tear on my garage floor prior to applying an epoxy coat. This pressure washer and an angle grinder made the perfect pair for the job.

Replaced older washer

I had an older pressure washer that didn't do the job as I wanted done. After reading reviews & specs, decided to try the 2000 psi to clean my deck. Cleaned 1/3 of the deck & decided to get yhe 12" attachment. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!! Could not believe what a great job the deck unit did - cleaned the other 2/3 of the deck in no time. Only area of concern is the soap container. Have to take the screws out to remove it and change solutions from deck to siding. Other than that - Love it!!!

Annoying, have to reset the breaker switch every time I stop the machine.

There is a short every time I release the trigger, then I have to reset the breaker switch at electric box if I need to continue the job, hope I can find out how to solve this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about this issue! Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described.
1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!

I bought this to replace my old gas washer and am glad I did. This is so much easier to use, quieter and more powerful. The ease of changing spray tips is great, and the setup for storing the cord, tips and hose is very convenient. I will look at Greenworks equipment each time I need a new one in the future.
