Low Build Quality

After many hours of research I purchased the Pro2300. Once assembled, I found myself VERY uncomfortable with the build quality of this product. The upper handle section is a loose fit resulring in a lot of movement. For the hose connections to the pump, fittings are secured to the housing with what appear to be dpring clips. This leaves the fittings wobbly. I can't see that lasting very long when hoses are assured to be pulled at during use. I returned it and will keep shopping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Semi pro,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that this unit ultimately did not meet your standards. We understand that you have returned it but we want you to know that your feedback is appreciated and bring attention to improvements that can be considered in the future. Please note that there is a little play because we have to build in some form of shock dampening; the inlet and outlet connectors often get hit on things as customers transport the unit or pull on the hose to reposition the unit – this adds stress to the joint at the pump so to reduce the forces exerted there, we allow the outlet some wiggle while still maintaining a seal. In the future, if you're interested in more information regarding our tools, do not hesitate to call 1-888-909-6757 or submit an email to info@greenworkstools.com; our knowledgeable product experts would be happy to assist.
It’s the perfect size to be stored anywhere. It also has enough power to clean and wash anything. I’ve seen the reviews but not many people know how to remove all the water once your done using it. That’s when it doesn’t work cause all the water is stored in the pressure washer. In conclusion everyone should get one.
Perfect for what I needed. Light to medium workload for cleaning concrete, siding and windows on my house. Was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked and the power it had.
I love the ease of use and quietness compared to my old gas PW. It stores nice and tight. It pushes with ease. My only critique is I can't pull it without the base catching my heel.
A friend let me borrow his and I was so impressed by how well it worked, I ordered one for myself. I even took it on the roof to wash off moss that had started to grow. Try that with a big one. I also love the fact that it shuts off when not washing. It also did an amazing job on my boat! I'm not sure why the reviews aren't better, because if I hadn't used one, the reviews would have probably turned me away. I'm very glad I didn't and after using it for hours, I'm even more impressed with every job it's done!
I have a business and buy alot of pressure washers to keep in the trucks I bought this to replace a Ryobi and man am I glad I did this has been the best go to in my arsenal when I can't use the gas washer or just need to do a few cars etc. Without damaging paint etc.
Overall I'm pleased with this pressure washer, but with some caveats. I also have a 2800 PSI/2.3 GPM gas-powered pressure washer and the Greenworks washer takes perhaps 50% longer to clean concrete surfaces (driveway and patio), but the Greenworks washer is so much quieter and more convenient to use that I think it's worth the tradeoff. Nonetheless, the Greenworks washer isn't powerful enough to work with the rotating surface cleaner I already own (so I'll have to get the Greenworks one), which makes me suspect that Greenworks advertises a higher pressure and/or flow rate than the washer actually produces. Two other more minor annoyances are that the holes for the "gun holder" weren't aligned correctly on the upper handle, so I had to drill out one of the mounting holes to get the screw to thread in when assembling the unit (poor quality control), and the gun holder itself doesn't actually hold the gun handle securely so it's always falling out (poor design) when I go to store the washer.
