Washer works great. Wand holder does not hold wand. 2nd time I used it, as I was putting it up, I bumped wand. It fell out of holder into lake. No parts available. Been waiting over 2 months for a replacement wand.

Waste of money

I bought this because it’s small and seemed like less of a hassle to get out. It’s the biggest hassle to get out because it comes on 1 out of every 5 times I get it out to use it. I’ve been able to use it only twice with zero issues at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your honest feedback. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues. The concern that you have brought up sounds like it may be related to the line not being bled out. This is a task that should be completed before and after EACH use.
Before use, set up the unit as per usual. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. Reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. At this stage, if the unit shuts off when a nozzle is installed be sure to try all nozzles. A faulty nozzle may cause the unit to shut down.
When shutting down, complete the process above but once you shut the water off, press the trigger one more time to alleviate any air.
Please note that the process above says to bleed for 3 minutes. This is only required the first time and then once in a while but only a minute should be required before and after use.

I owned this pressure washer for approximately 4 years and literally use it for every project to clean. We have used it so much, I recently purchased another one for us to have for other projects! It has enough power to clean about everything, mud or grease. I highly recommend this pressure washer, it’s light weight to move around easy and definitely easy to hook up fast. You will not be disappointed

Not having to use gasoline on a powerful power washer is a huge deal for me. The power washer works smoothly and cleaned up my driveway effortlessly. This tool was way better that I expected particularly after fighting a gas powered washer to get it started and having to return a leaky electric power washer from a different manufacturer.

This pressure washer has potential, but I can’t give it more that 2 stars. This is because the motor shuts down when I pull the trigger. This happens at least half the time. Clearly a defect. Greenworks is sending me a replacement unit so I’ll have to wait and see if that one works properly. Until then, 2 stars.
