Used once and now broke

I used this pressure washer once. It sat in the garage for a few months and now water won't flow through it. Motor turns on and nothing come out the outlet even with the hose disconnected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the pressure washer.
It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

I've used the power washer on my pool deck, sidewalk, and metal roof. It does a super job of taking off the dirt and attached grime. I would highly recommend this product. I've used it for about four hours and it's run flawlessly. I've bought two 30" extensions to help me reach my barn roof.

I bought this as somewhat of a lack, not expecting much, BUT, it was a revelation to see how well it cleaned a brick walkway, a concrete pad, a membrane deck (24x68) and teak furniture
I should have gotten one of these along time ago, it saves hours of effort

I really liked the hose. It was rubber instead of the cheap hard plastic. All of the tips work as expected. The soap dispenser went through the soap pretty quickly. It would be nice if it had a mixing valve to adjust the soap flow rate.
