Dead after a year of minimal use.

Used it maybe about 20 times over the course of a year and a half. Plug now hums, unit does not turn on. Bad transformer in plug? Really frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty Dang Cool Pressure Washer

I have to say that this thing is fantastic! I have a much larger gas engine pressure washer but wanted something that would't rip the paint off the boat or truck. This is the one! Works great and i'm doing the stuff that my larger one does with no troubles! Mine has issues with the main handle, there were no holes drilled through it for the hose holder so they are sending me the new handle, unfortunately it will take a few weeks, could have just sent me a new machine in a couple of days lol... my wife isn't to happy about the hose lying on the floor right now but she's impressed with the device as it's something she can easily use without the wrist pain of the bigger one when holding the handle on the gun for long periods of time. I thought I was going to have an issues with the delay but I kind of like it as it gives me time to point the wand where I want it. My other one just comes on and jerks my hand, this one is delayed but smooth. I can't believe the difference when you stop pressure washing, everything is quiet! I am always rushing with my gas one, this one there is no rushing at all! All in all a great product and great support, like always! I

Love this pressure

We bought one if these a months ago and it's been great. Purchased a second to give as a Christmas gift. It's very easy to use and we prefer electric over gas - it's much quieter and it's easy to plug in and go. We find that 1500-1800PSI is perfect for cleaning around our house. We've used it on a concrete patio, a plastic shed, and a wood deck (to clean before painting it).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oil leak after 2 hours of operation & support contact issues

I purchased this pressure washer a few months ago & used it for about 2 hours. Very pleased with everything about it. After sitting in the garage for a few months, I went out to use it & found a pool of oil under it (perhaps 4 tablespoons) that had leaked from the forward area of the motor assembly. I have not been able to make contact using the 888-908-6757#. Each of numerous call responded either busy or not a working #.
There is no information in the manual showing how to check oil level & I don’t want to use it until the situation is addressed. Tough to rate product until I can contact & evaluate support.

Fantastic

This was presented as a Christmas gift. I got to use it two days later. So far, I am not disappointed. Much more convenient that my old gas pressure washer. Hook up the water, plug it in, turn it on and ready to go. Much quieter, just as much pressure and looking forward to some of the accessories. I have already recommended this product to various friends, who should be making purchases soon. I would give this 5 stars but seems a bit presumptuous considering that I have only used it once for a few hours.

Perfect for your shop!

We love this pressure washer. We use it at our shop to wash vehicles and clean the floors. I love the pressure and water flow. The only negative would be the amount of time it takes for the pressure washer to start up every time you pull the trigger.
I would recommend this to a friend!
