High pressure fitting sheared off! Poor design

I purchased the 2300 psi electric pressure washer, model # GPW2300 back on 4-19-20.
THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE CONNECTOR SHEARED OFF AT THE BASE OF THE MOTOR AT THE CLIP FITTING! This is a POOR design at the HP fitting area since it is a VERY THIN cast aluminum base. I was very careful using the Power Washer- I never yanked or pulled hard on the washer!

Excellent tool so far! I’ve only used this washer twice but so far so good! I’ve used it to wash my truck, my house and with a surface cleaner to clean my driveway all with excellent results!! I’m very happy with this purchase. I own a few Greenworks products and I love them all!

Great Pressure washer

I bought this pressure washer a little over a month ago and finally used it this weekend. Works great except for a couple of times it stopped working. Figured out it was caused by pressure of water and had to spray water until pressure was constant. Great pressure for an electric pressure washer.

Have had this pressure washer for a couple years and needed to use deck cleaner in it. The people at Greenworks are super helpful solving problems and sending out a separate container since the deck cleaner has never been tried on this pressure washer. Above and beyond helpful!
