Have around 7 hours use on my Greenworks pro 3000 pressure washer since receiving it two weeks back. I also own a Greenworks 40 volt leaf blower, hedge trimmer, weedeater and chainsaw. I am a very impressed and satisfied customer. You will be too!!!

Lousy Support

We bought this product and it had a defective pressure hose. We tried to call the support number several times and all we do is hang on the phone for 30 minutes or more without a response.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light and easy to use

This is my first cordless power washer. I have plenty of experience with gas pressure washers but I decided to switch to electric. I’ve used my new Greenworks for 3 projects. I’m extremely glad I made the switch. This is a much better product than my old gas model. It’s very quiet. It’s very light and therefore much easier to transport. I feel like it has all the power of a gas model. I’ve cleaned my wood deck and concrete stairs. It’s does a beautiful job and it’s so much easier to work with. I highly recommend this product.

Cuts off frequently

I just bought a Greenworks Pro 2300 pressure washer today. Overall, it works well, but the engine keeps cutting off, from ever 20 seconds to every 2 minutes. Restarts again as soon as I release and squeeze the handle. I assume something is defective, but I just spent 40 minutes on hold, trying to call technical support, despite being in, "position 1". Please let me know how to fix this problem. I would hate to have to return it unnecessarily.

Hello,
There are a few factors that could cause these reactions such as excess air in the pump or a clogged/faulty nozzle. See all troubleshooting options below.
Purge Air from Pressure Washer
Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. Reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. At this stage, if the unit shuts off when a nozzle is installed be sure to try all nozzles. A faulty nozzle may cause the unit to shut down.
Additional components to check:
• Ensure a nozzle is connected. Be sure to try all nozzles.
• Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI (Refer to: Does my water source have to be of a certain PSI to run the unit properly?)
• Check that there is at least 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
• For best results, use a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) garden hose.
• Check that the water inlet is not clogged. Disconnect the garden hose, remove the filter and rinse with warm water.

Like the performance, not the assembly

Shipping was fast. Unboxing and instructions were good. Attaching the upper panel and gun holder was challenging. One of the four threaded inserts on the gun side was installed at an angle. This made the screw hole in the upper panel not line up correctly and damaged the threads on the insert while trying to install the screw. Now the screw could not secure the panel and gun holder. Not wanting to send the unit back I elongated the hole in the panel with a round file and retapped the hole in the insert to accept a 1/4-20 pan head screw. Problem solved but I doubt there are many customers that have the tools or knowledge to attempt this. Not the only problem. The hose that transfers the soap from the tank to the pump was too short and has a kink that renders it useless. I replaced it, problem solved. That is why I only rated this unit three stars. These were both quality control issues that should have been detected before shipping. I spent 1 hour and 38 minutes from unboxing to testing this unit. That’s at least 1 hour too long in my opinion. I would have taken pictures but I waisted enough time just fixing these two problems. I hope this unit holds up, it wasn’t cheap. I t does run well.
