No more power than the lower pressure model

Bought this over 3 years ago because it stated it was more powerful than the 1500 or 1600 model. I have a two-story house and wanted to reach the apex in the roof (wasp nest) and gave the lower model to my sister with a one-story house. Not better, had to use a ladder and the water goes in so fast or not going out fast enough from the container, I had to tape it down with duct tape. The water shoots out the little hole on top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that this pressure washer is not fully meeting your expectations. If the unit is not reaching high pressure, there are some factors that could contribute to this. Please check the following if your unit is not reaching high pressure.
• That you are using a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) garden hose.
• Ensure that there are no kinks, leaks, or blockages at the inlet filter, in the garden, or a high-pressure hose.
• That the water supply has been fully opened and is ideally 60 PSI (unit tolerates 45-75PSI).
• That a high-pressure nozzle is installed.
• Make sure that there is no air in the pump. Purge the unit by turning the machine off and pulling the gun trigger for a few minutes to release the pressure then try turning the unit on.
• Clean your nozzles thoroughly with vinegar and water soak to remove calcium build-up.
If you are looking to reach the second story of your home, we would advise purchasing a designated second-story nozzle. While we do not currently offer one, you may purchase one from another brand that utilizes a 1/4" quick connect fitting.

Light and Powerful

I have had a gas powered 2800 PSI since 2003 and loved it until I met this critter....
It is light, and powerful, I have used it about 3 times now and love it. I can put it in the back of my truck by myself (something darn near impossible with my old one)
My only advice is make sure the spray nozzles are secure, as my 15 degree wasn't on good and it shot off somewhere, and after an hour of looking I figured I will just buy another one.....

So I had my reservations about how this would compare to my previous gas powered washers and my concerns were unfounded. Easy setup, portability, ease of operation, quietness, and easy to put away. It has the power needed to clean just like a gas washer. I am more than satisfied with purchase. Thank you!

My Greenworks pressure washer is an amazing tool

I'm writing this review for my 12 year old son. He has started his own local car detailing business and uses his pressure washer to clean car exteriors. These are his words, although I may have cleaned up some of the grammar a bit :)
My green Works pressure washer is an amazing tool. It’s the only Pressure washers we’ve had, and the only ones we’ll ever need. We have two but we’re consider getting more, that’s how good and reliable the Greenworks tools are. setting up the machines were extremely easy. We have had no problems at all. It’s very portable unlike other pressure washers and quiet, not ear deafening! Just overall a very nice and neat tool.

I don't normally give 5 stars but after using the Greenworks 3000 pressure washer several times I couldn't be happier. I researched many vendors looking at CFM and pressure ratings, I wanted something at least as powerful as my old gas unit. This one is up to the task. Easy to start and stop. I used the 25 degree tip to clean an old deck ( see photos ) that never had been cleaned. Two weeks later started the Greenworks pressure washer again and it worked flawlessly Just take care to turn on hose and bleed out air before starting. I used to dread using my gas powered unit, with the Greenworks power washer I was up and going in less then 5 minutes

It’s pretty powerful and pretty quiet. The hoses tend to curl up and bind but this can be overcome by spreading out as far as possible.
