Works well not a fan of the pressure hose

Tool works great. I am not a fan of the provided high pressure hose. The hose comes tightly coiled and wants to remain that way, causing it to get tangled and kinked if not careful
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Quiet, Effective

Sometimes the hoses are coiled up for a long period of time and with the material on the inside of the hose, can take some time to straighten out.

Delayed Full PSI Capacity - Fair Price

I purchased this a month ago and my first test was washing my backyard patio.
I only tested the turbo tip and did a fair job on getting rid of Oil/Grease residue from my BBQ. I will try the 15 degree angle to see if it works better. Detergent compartment not needed - was going to use Foam Soap to wash my vehicle, but its better to purchase a seperate Foam Cannon. If this is just for standard cleaning. It works very well. But if you want to use it for auto detailing.. I don't know. Will find out once I start testing my foam cannon.

Before starting any cleaning job, determine the best spray tip for the job. The following chart offers some general guidelines to help you choose the best spray tip for your application. 25º – green nozzle: Uses a medium angle of spray for washing sensitive and soft surfaces (deck, fence, aluminum etc.) 40º – white nozzle: largest angle of spray used for cleaning surfaces quickly and for rinsing. Turbo nozzle rotates in a zero to 15-degree spray pattern in a circular motion to break down tough dirt and grime. The spray pattern can cover area of 4 to 8 inches wide, depending on a distance between the tip and the surface being cleaned. When using the pressure washer for the car, it is always best to start with a plain water rinse to remove any loose mud, salt, or bugs. For this, you will want a 25 (green) or 40 (white) degree nozzle. Do not go any lower than that. You will risk damage to the paint with a 0- or 15-degree nozzle. Please test out the spray nozzle before use to choose the right spray for the job.

Great product, better service

I bought this about 2 years ago and have used it to wash the car and power wash my huge deck. It has worked perfectly. However I just took it out to wash the car and the motor assembly broke. I called GreenWorks service and after sending a picture of the issue and diagnosing the part the service person told me that they would send me a brand new unit. I was honestly expecting to pay for a new part, so was happily surprised!
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective
I would recommend this to a friend!

Efficient Machine

I had an older Greenworks pressure washer. Had it over 8 years. Was time to replace it. There was one primary brand I was after. Greenworks. Bought another one. Went to a higher pressure and more features. Bought the surface cleaner also. Just used it to wash a sidewalk and concrete pad just outside the garage. What normally took almost 2 hours was done in 35 minutes. Likely used less water. If time savings and water savings equals return on investment, then I’m off to a good start.

Very frustrating to order something online and then when it’s delivered realize that the company just disregards reviewing their products before sending them out. The push pan on the handle is clearly missing and the fact that this was packaged and then sent out is extremely disappointing. Will be returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
