Exaggerated specs

I bought this to use with a 12" surface cleaner. It would barely spin. So I thought maybe the surface cleaner was defective and tried it on my friends less powerful 2100 psi electric pressure washer. It worked fine.
Decided to buy a pressure gauge to test. Sure enough barely has 2000 psi station when not in use. As soon as you begin using the wand it drops to 1100 psi. That's with any of the nozzles.
This was on a 20 amp breaker and 60 psi water pressure. So no issues there. Definitely exaggerated specs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sad to hear the unit has not met your needs. The brushless motor adjusts to the flow rate of the pressurized water in response to the back pressure of its sensors from the nozzle being used. With the black soap nozzle, the flow is 2.3 GPM at 100 PSI. With all other nozzles the flow will be 1.2 GPM. The surface cleaner will only pull from the soap tank with the soap nozzle attached to the end of the wand. Any other nozzles will generate the different degrees of sprays, but only with the soap nozzle will detergent be pulled from the unit. Ensure you follow the dilution instructions on the the detergent or have a standard 1 parts detergent to 10 parts water, 1:10 for a nice steady flow. We do hope this helped! LESS OUTPUT PRESSURE

Output pressure only fluctuate from 1,800 to 2,100 psi with turbo nozzle and decreases with different degree tips. About 1.4 gallon per min when filling a bucket.overall product is okay
Pros: Convenient, Environmentally Safe

The 3000 PSI operates at 2.0 GPM flow at 100 PSI when using the soap nozzle and 3000 MAX PSI at 1.1 GPM using any of the other nozzles included, please note, different nozzles will offer different pressures for certain cleaning applications. The smaller the degree/orifice size, the higher the pressure.

Easy set up

I bought this and had it set up under 15 minutes. It started right up with little effort. I recommend purchasing an extension cord with the unit unless you already have.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use

Great Product

I bought this almost a year ago and it has served me well. I had the old 1700 psi model, and the only thing I had to do was replace the factory plug with an inline GFCI plug because the factory had no weather seals and caused the plug to go out. Since my experience with it was great as I had it for 5 years with only one issue I got this 3000 model for detailing cars and cleaning houses. I have a 100 ft hose that I couple with the factory hose when I’m doing houses or big trucks. No issues with this model at all and being able to run until you need a break is great. The longest I’ve had the unit running was 5 hours non stop and the house was done and looking brand new after finishing with chlorine in the soap tank and using the soap nozzle to spray it on the house. If you’re considering buying electric I would definitely check this product out.

Great when it works, then it doesn't.

Bought the unit at the end of September. Used three times about 40 minutes each washing down the patio, then the pump failed (December). Expected way more from this unit.

GPW3001 Excellent choice.

Brought this to replace a gas pressure washer that I had to play around with every year to get it to start. No more messing around with the carb to get it started. Performed just as well as the gas pressure washer without the yearly starting issues.

This is a well designed pressure washer. It is compact yet sufficiently powerful with 1900 PSI to clean the garage, patio, walls, windows, or other surfaces. It is lightweight and easy to move around.
