Strong Little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pressure washer about a week ago. I have already started cleaning my patio stone. It cleaned nicely. I do have a problem with the wand. The trigger will not release, allowing water to pass through. I have to shut down the machine, relieve the pressure, and keep the trigger pulled before turning on the machine. This was a hassle. Other than that, the machine cleaned the stone, and it compacts well for storage. There is no where to store the wand when in the folded upright position.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quit working

Product was working great for over an hour and the locked up. Tried different outlets, reset button used multiple times and zero obstructions within the water line. Still have yet to finish my project.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally.
Remove Air from Line: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Sweet little package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a small pressure washer for our 2nd floor lanai and other small tasks. My large gas powered unit is simply too large and cumbersome to deal with. This unit exceeds my expectations and does exactly what I wanted.
I appreciate how compact and light the unit is, especially given its power. It’s so easy to bring upstairs and the telescoping handle simplifies moving it around. Greenworks made a winner finding the sweet spot between portability and power.
Great power washer for those light to medium jobs!
