Worked great until it didn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 1 yr and 2 months ago. Used it a few times for cleaning driveway and patio. Today it powered on for a few minutes before the pump stopped. Power light is on, but not running.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. There may be air pockets or debris in the unit causing the cutoff. When this occurs, we recommend 'bleed' out the unit. This is done by having the water source connected and on, the pressure washer remains off and remove any nozzles tips. From there you will hold the trigger for 2-3 minutes to let the water naturally flow through the unit. When this is complete, you can start the unit up again and you should have a steady stream.
