Weak design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] @nd pwer washer. first had a reel and the water connector to the hose reel broke. Bought GPW2000-1RG to replace it. 1st use excellent, 2nd use was normal then pressure dropped, pump sound changed to a whirring sound, Checked filter, clean, Restarted several times, same low pressure and whirring sound, Waited on service phone for 45mins, no agent, tried chat, was cut off while typing.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Defective pressure washer hose

Assembly was easy but 10 minutes after its first use, the pressure hose developed a pinhole near the gun handle. Part is defective and needs free replacement. I only bought it yesterday and tried it out for the first time today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing upgrade from a gas pressure washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned about switching from gas to electric but I was tired of dealing with the noise, smell, and starting process of my old 3200psi gas pressure washer and after reading reviews, it seemed like this GPW3000 electric pressure washer would be a good replacement. After using it for a while, I couldn't be happier to make the switch. Not only is it ridiculously easy to set up and use, but its QUIET and can be operated without any hearing protection. But the real icing on the cake is an old moss covered retaining wall I have in my back yard. My old gas pressure washer could barely remove the moss all while making a mess with water splashing everywhere. This new Greenworks electric pressure washer with the turbo-nozzle absolutely destroyed the moss on the retaining wall, making it look nearly brand new and transforming the appearance of our back-yard, while also keeping the overspray to a minimum. I'm not sure if the only difference is the turbo-nozzle but regardless, I'm blown away by the power of this electric pressure washer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is frustrating when your hybrid pressure washer works on battery but not AC power. Here are some potential reasons why your Greenworks hybrid pressure washer might not be working in AC mode.
1. Power Supply Issues. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functioning 120V AC outlet. If using an extension cord, make sure it is heavy-duty and suitable for the pressure washer's power needs. Check for a green light on the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) on the power cord. If it's a red light, it may indicate a problem with the plug, which might need replacing, or the fuse within it.
2. Water Supply Issues: Confirm the water source is fully opened and provides sufficient pressure at least 45 PSI. Ensure there are no kinks or bends in the garden hose that might restrict water flow. Check the water intake filter for blockage and clean it with warm water if necessary.
3. Air in the Pump. Trapped air in the pump can prevent the unit from operating properly. Bleeding the unit: Disconnect the nozzle, turn on the water source (but leave the pressure washer off), and squeeze the trigger for about 3 minutes to allow water to run through the unit at no pressure, thus releasing trapped air. After bleeding, reinstall a clean nozzle and turn on the unit.
4. Clogged Nozzle. The nozzles can become clogged with debris or mineral deposits, causing the pressure washer to malfunction. Cleaning the nozzle regularly, soak the nozzle in a mixture of warm water and white vinegar for at least 15 minutes, then use a nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip to remove any debris.
By carefully checking these potential issues and following the troubleshooting steps, you can increase the chances of getting your Greenworks hybrid pressure washer working correctly on AC power again. Great All-around pressure washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. I really like how you can increase and decrease the pressure range and GPM, depending on the tip you use. Allows a lot more flexibility with the application, whether your cleaning concrete, a deck, or your car. A lot of pressure washers just have a single pressure and GPM rating that you're stuck with.
