Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job. My only complaint is the shield seems too small. I get a lot more grass all over me than I did with my old weedeater.
Pros: Effective

Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not up to the Greenworks standards

Never got it to work correctly. We love our other Greenworks tools, but could never figure out what was wrong with this one. I ordered replacement line, but that didn't help.
