Great lightweight Trimmer. Don't have to waste time putting in gas and trying to put the line in. Wished i would have bought this one sooner! Plenty of power and batteries last a long time for doing my .6 acre lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the power of this machine but the bump head line feed never works properly. I have to take it apart to forward any line. Very frustrating.
Pros: Effective, Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Huckleberry Loy.
Sorry to hear about the frustration with the line feed, while it is great to hear you are happy with the power, the bump head should advance line smoothly without needing to take it apart each time. When the line is no feeding properly, it is often related to how the spool is loaded or normal wear on the components. Make sure the line is wound evenly and tightly in the correct direction, and avoid overfilling the spool, as that can prevent it from advancing. It also helps to check that you are using the correct line diameter recommended for the unit, and that the line is not fused together from heat or friction. Lightly tapping the head on a hard surface while running at full speed (rather than slow RPM) can also improve feed performance. If the issue continues, inspecting the bump knob and internal spring for wear or debris can help identify if a part needs replacement. For step-by-step help, you can reference these official guides:
