I now take longer showers!!

Has some problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shower is wide and gives a drenching feeling. The force of the water is adequate and surprised me considering the low flow rating. The following points are the reason for me to rate this shower head as average:
1. The changes in mode is difficult and hard to set
2. The mode switch sometimes does not lock correctly
3. Squeaking noise during showering, I triple checked there are no leaks and I'm suspecting this noise is from the water through the nozzles. It is the noisiest shower I have used so far.

I'm switching back to my previous Waterpik showerhead.

Good function - improved water flow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised at how much I like the Rainfall+ shower head. Installed in upstairs bath where the water pressure is a bit low - and the shower head actually improved the overall flow usage. Not a fan of the look, but good marks for function and that is what matters.

Hoping it had a more needle pressure ,adjustment selection and pivot ball was missing.your phone repair rep sent out replacement ball very quickly and not charged for it.very happy with service.

Impossible to install

The pivot ball is too large so the large nut and head cannot properly thread. Spent 2 hours trying to fix together and could not get to fit with all 3 pieces. Would not reccomend due to poor design.
