No pressure

Have had other waterpiks in past but this one does not have any pressure, going back to the old model I've had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the pressure. Federal, state, and local governments regulate shower head GPM (gallons per minute). These regulations have been decreasing over time and apply to all brands. If you are comparing this product to a previous shower head that had little to no restrictions on the flow rate, you will notice a difference. Shower head doesn't fit on the

I purchased this product and it installed correctly. However the handheld part does not fit into the bracket. Therefore it just hangs down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The difficulty you are describing indicates that the hose has been installed backwards. If you swap the ends of the hose, it should fit in the bracket. If you still assistance, please contact us. High Quality in Construction and Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chrome finish is what really astounded me.
Usually you can tell when when of these types of products are cheaply made with a cheaply applied finish. Well this shower head kit will impress you also with it's weight and smooth brilliant chrome finish.
I have purchased a few of these types of hand held shower heads in years past. Unless you are willing to dish-out a bunch of money at one of those home centers, you end up with a light weight, ready to break with a single fall, shower head. Well this kit from Waterpik beats anything you can find at a "Home Center" Store for the price.
This kit even comes with EVERYTHING needed to complete the job including rubber washers and Teflon thread sealing tape, the pipe adapter that acts as the mount to hang your shower head handle on, and the hose is hefty and high quality measuring from 6 feet to 7 feet long (it is stretchable). The hose also has a high quality flexible stainless steel jacket surrounding the hose.
Shower output styles seems endless with a possible 5 spray patterns to choose from.
I would recommend this to a friend!

More than one way to spray your water and the pressure it gives off is even greater. My family is so truly happy to have a new amazing shower , as they all have started calling it . Lol
