I prefer an all-in-one and this one is perfect. I really like the new improved way you attach the stand. My last one fell off and was destroyed. This is lightning fast and screen is very vivid. I like the touchscreen a lot. I would definitely buy again.

I bought this to replace my old HP which no longer supported the current windows program. Took my time but landed on this one and so happy I did. Colors, speed and functionality of it are far beyond what I expected. I've had HP for years and glad I still continued with their computers. Have never failed me for the purposes I use it for.

This is my first AIO computer and I'm glad I took the plunge. No laptop battery to concern myself with and the keyboard/mouse can be any model you select. 27" is a great screen size as seen from 24" away and the whole affair takes up very little room on my desk. I tried a 32" mock up prior to purchase and it just seemed a bit overwhelming.
I'm told this HP has internal cooling fans but I can't recall ever hearing them; it runs super quiet and doesn't seem to get particularly hot. It has vent holes along the back which must be adequate.
I'm not using the included keyboard and mouse. There are lots of USB ports for all of your accessories. Google AI said it's fine to keep the software going for multiple input devices and I've not noticed any lag or overlap. I've been trying out keyboards and have four plugged in at the moment. They all play nicely together.
The initial booting was less traumatic than I expected. Once I got wi-fi access and downloaded Chrome, the HP just sucked up all my details, passwords, etc. Then I downloaded my chosen software programs. I'm still fine tuning all this but it's been a real champ in terms of speed and functionality. The built in Intel graphics are entirely adequate for my office work.
The quality of the 4K screen is simply breathtaking. Your icons on the taskbar may seem a bit tiny at full resolution but there's no way to select a different size without giving up some of the overall resolution. Your desktop icons have three size options, however, and you can magnify your text in the settings. I have limited vision and am using 200% text magnification. It's super easy for me to read emails and text online. There's no sense of pixelation whatsoever.
Overall, I'm super stoked to have this AIO computer. I'd been laptop-based with a 17" gaming screen for the past decade. While it worked really well it did have noisy fans. When the battery started expanding, exploding the case, I was a bit taken aback and felt a full time plug in power source was the better choice. My laptop was always plugged in anyway so there's no lack of convenience with the AIO. There are any number of improvements with this new computer and it cost about half of what it would cost to replace the large screen gaming laptop.
I can't recommend this AIO highly enough! If the format suits your needs I'd give it a serious look.

Having issues with this PC. All prior HP PC's have been dependable workhorses. This one has been nothing but glitches from the beginning. It will shut down unexpectedly every time I am in the middle of what I am doing. and the Keyboard and Mouse will work at first then stop working. Very frustrating.

Not impressed with this. Don’t like how high the screen is, tried adjusting it lower doesn’t work. My Wi-Fi worked in the room before but now I need an extender because the Wi-Fi is not sufficient. If I could get it to work I would be much happier. As of now it is just sitting there taking up space, never had issues before with HP. Spent a lot of money for a dust collector. Djesl
