This PC was a gift for our son's birthday and he loves it. Set-up was a breeze. It is truly a plug and play computer, with easy menus for set-up. We had one minor hiccup where the RGB would not light up on the fans. A wire had come loose during shipping, but customer service was incredible, quick, and helped us fix it in no time. The RGB and case on this build are truly like icing on the cake because they look great and are the perfect added touch. I would highly recommend this computer because after doing our research, you would be hard pressed to find the same specs for the same price.

I have been looking for a PC for a longtime, I was a console player and with crazy gpu prices I was going the prebuilt route. After lots of research and searching different companies I found skytech gaming! the Archangel had everything i was looking for in a PC, after waiting what seemed like forever but was only 2 weeks I received it and after a week I am so glad I went with skytech for my prebuilt. Highly recommend.

About a month after I had set it up, the SSD broke on me, just a factory defect. Despite it being over the Christmas holidays, they got back to me quickly and sent a replacement hard drive. Great customer service!
The computer runs great. For the price, it's a rock solid gaming rig for the next few years and, in addition to being absolutely gorgeous, has room to expand. I've already installed a second hard drive without issue. The setup was extremely hands-off out of the box and I haven't had any other issues, but I would have faith in the customer service to fix them if they showed up.
I didn't think I'd be a fan of the RBG, but with the impeccable components inside, I'm really enjoying it. It isn't the quietest of rigs, but I've had custom built ones that made much more noise, so I'm content.

The parts in this pre-built are great given the price. The only part I will be upgrading is the cpu cooler. I believe the one included will satisfy most people's needs though. The cable management was a little messy but i would blame that mostly on the psu not being modular. The customer service is top notch as well. I emailed them several times about the parts and got a response within an hour. Overall, the parts in this computer are of good quality and the customer service is top notch. I will be buying my next computer from them when the time comes.

Alright where do I start for one this pc is beautiful I mean it just looks amazing the rgb lights are great the built in program that allows you to change the water cooler colors and color patterns works great. It's quiet and stays cool even when I'm pushing it to the max I've been able to play some extremely demanding games on max graphical settings with no problem on this bad boy. I very much enjoy how the glass panel just opens like a door making it easy to access the parts not to mention costumer service was great I had an issue to were after about 5 mins my game would freeze I found out the issue was just just a power troubleshoot and a 5 min fix at tops and haven't had problems since I wanna say I've had it for just about a month now and haven't been disappointed I would highly recommend this pc to anyone trying to get into pc gaming
