Great, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know why manufacturers feel it's no longer necessary to provide a user's manual for appliances. My old washer is over thirty years old, I have no idea how to use this new washer. All I can find online are an owners manual or inks, both are how to hook it up.Nothing about what do all these knobs mean, what happens if I push this and what happens if I push that. Extremely disappointed.

LOUD!!!!! So LOUD!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret this purchase immensely- it's INSANELY LOUD!!!! I had a kenmore elite you could hardly hear it ,... this washing machine is so loud is obnoxious. I wish I could return it.

This is the worst washer I have ever owned. It does not fill the washer with enough water to wash the clothes. The clothes rarely come clean. It is very loud. Don't waste your money.

Modern, high-efficiency (HE) and non-agitator washers use less water by design for improved performance and energy savings. If you believe the water level is too low, consider these solutions:
1. Check Cycle and Modifiers:
Water use is determined by the selected cycle and modifiers (Soil Level, Spin Speed, Temperature). Customize these settings, noting that not all options are available with every cycle.
2. Water Level Selection (If Applicable):
Auto Sensing: Turn the knob to Auto Sensing to let the washer automatically determine the level based on load size for efficient use.
Deep Water Wash: Select Deep Water Wash for the maximum water volume, ideal for bulky or heavily soiled items. NOTE: This increases overall cycle time.
3. The Bulky Cycle:
The Bulky Cycle uses a unique series of fills combined with agitation for large, absorbent items. It may initially look like there's insufficient water, but the washer will continue to add water and agitate for up to 10–12 minutes to reach the optimal level. Intentional pauses also occur for specialized action.
4. Non-Agitator (Impeller) Models:
These HE models use a low-water wash plate system and automatically adjust the water level.
Loading: Load items in loose, evenly distributed heaps around the wash plate, leaving the center uncovered.
Do Not Add Water: Manually adding water is crucial to avoid, as too much water causes clothes to float, reducing the necessary friction and cleaning effectiveness of the impeller. Load settling is normal.
5. Recalibration:
If water levels seem consistently lower over time, running the Clean Washer cycle (with recommended affresh® cleaner) re-calibrates the control board and resets the machine to factory water levels. Run this maintenance cycle about once a month.

Expected better for sensing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this sensing water level washer to try newer style I am disappointed with washer it does not cover most loads with water level and try to add water manually the washer goes into drain and when completing wash cycle it does not completely agitation the load properly. It does save water the way it is designed but I am not happy with the overall process of wash cycles especially with large comforter or blanket and towels.

Best washer you will ever own

This is the best washer I have ever owned. I bought it as a scratch and dent with no research done prior. When I read the reviews I almost returned it. Thankfully I didnt because its the best washer I have ever owned. My clothes have never been cleaner and with such minimal water. I have a large family and do a ton of laundry. My water bill is less and my clothes are super clean and soft. Im not sure why people say its loud. It not loud. It does make regular washer noise. Thats it. The fabric softener dispenser works so great. I couldnt love this machine anymore then I do, dont believe the other reviews, you will not regret purchasing this washer.

I HATE IT!

I purchased this washer about a year ago and I HATE IT! SERIOUSLY, 2 HOURS TO WASH 1 LOAD??? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I can't wait for it to die so I can go back to Maytag.
Other issues I have include not being able to stop it to add more stuff because it starts over at the beginning of the cycle. What a waste of water and detergent!!! Also, can't stop it to rearrange stuff when it gets off balance without the cycle starting all over again. Kind of defeats the purpose! I thought the built-in faucet would be a great asset but having the on/off switch located behind the open lid is quite stupid. Putting the on/off switch inside next to the facuet would have been way smatter...but, there is nothing intelligent about this machine.
This washer is the worst! Please DIE soon!
