SPACE FOR DAYS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this freezer and accompanying fridge when our 30 cubic foot french door fridge/freezer combo died on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Not only were these amazing items in stock, but the got delivered early the following week. The freezer is spacious and shelving allows for ample organization for a variety of sizing and type of boxed and unboxed foods. I have two young boys who eat their weight (maybe mine) in food and this allows me to keep grocery visits to a minimum (as much as a mom with growing boys can) while ensuring things to get lost in the back dark corners of the deep freezer. There is lighting galore and nothing gets forgotten inside. the door shelving allows for smaller items such as popsicles and otter ice cream novelties to be an easy grab and go.. a specific spot for frozen pizza makes it simple for the kiddos. Ice machine?! OF COURSE IT IS AWESOME. This freezer was exactly what we needed and wanted, plus it looks amazing in our kitchen giving it a professional sleek vibe while keeping the kids fed.

Demo Mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions should be included in the owner’s manual and the owner’s manual online should be updated to include instructions on how to exit demo mode. We almost lost an entire fridge of food because the fridge was somehow put into demo mode and we didn’t realize until we noted condensation on the food, especially since you have to press the settings wheel on the touch panel to see the actual temp of fridge. We were going in and out of the fridge without realizing it had been shifted to demo mode. The lights were on but the fridge was not keeping the food to the right temperature. There are no online forums or YouTube videos that address this but here is the info. Luckily, we found the right salesman that happened to have it written down somewhere:

Freezer went out 3 months after purchase

Freezer went out 3 months after purchase. They sent a repair person out and they said they fixed it. 7 months same issue. Called for support and warranty was out. I will not buy another Frigidaire or Electrolux product again.

Sleek and sturdy, but loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we really like this refrigerator freezer set. It's good looking, has good features, and a logical layout. It was the closest fit for our space and the set needing replacement. This set is solid and sturdy. The only complaint I have, and others have noted... these devices are loud. Not constantly, but when they kick in, you hear it. It would benefit from some sound and vibration isolating efforts.
