[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time we saw this unit we knew we would be installing it in our newly remodeled farmhouse. We love to cook and we cook for a big family. This freezer has plenty of room for anything you need to store. Truly amazing!

nice size and organization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this freezer is counterdepth and yet still has so much room on the inside. I will need to order another shelf for the freezer to increase storage space though--this is the only reason my review didn't get 5 stars. It freezes really well -- I've had to increase the temperature because everything was too cold. I like the internal ice maker because I didn't want a dispenser in the door.

New Column is GREAT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace old Frigidaire columns. While the wait took about a year, thanks to Covid, the new Freezer is AWESOME! Ice maker is best ever and we love the soft freeze for ice cream, etc.

Ice Maker Not Working and Leaking Water All Over My Newly Renovated Kitchen

I’ve had this freezer connected to water and running for 5 days. It does not make ice and instead leaked water all over my new wood floor. Waiting on a technician call but it’s the weekend so not optimistic it will be anytime soon. Manufacturer Date is May 2022. Looks like I made a mistake purchasing this product.

One thing that could be causing this to happen is the water filter. Please check to ensure that the filter is seated correctly. If not seated correctly, it can cause water to leak from the unit.
