Great new features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded from the older model to this new model. This thing is a beast in such a good way! Things to love: 1) looks amazing 2) drawers galore 3) enough room for family of 7, 4) ice maker is on the bottom and comes with scoop. I love this change because the ice maker took up prime real estate at the top on the old model.

Great - but mysterious issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had it professionally installed (along with the fridge) and we LOVE the look and LOVE the features. However, there is one mysterious issue I cannot get to the bottom of - the freezer "frosts" up (ices up) all over the inside at least twice per day so when you open it up it's entirely covered in "snow" (well, frost). Then, mysteriously, when you close the freezer door and come back several hours later it's all cleared up. BUT IT KEEPS COMING BACK AGAIN . Arrrgghhh.
I've turned the ice maker off (the freezer is not connected to the water line so at first, as the ice maker was turned on be default I assumed it was sucking humid outside in air). But, that didn't work. I've also checked the rubber door seal but I don't see anything obviously wrong with it.
Does anyone know what the issue may be? Is it designed to do this (our old freezer didn't)?
Anyway - overall we are very happy. I just need to figure out this issue.
